SHD Real Estate is a residential development company operating with the Czech Republic. The experienced management team were previously responsible for the long-term activities of Avestus Real Estate Czech Republic, one of the region’s leading real estate development, property investment and advisory groups, having delivered numerous residential and commercial projects over the past 16 years.
With its headquarters located in Prague, the SHD Real Estate strategy allows for a wide market remit in terms of both geographical location and product. The management team have direct experience in delivering homes across all sectors of the Czech residential market, from multi-family buildings to individual single-family homes. There is also considerable experience in developing and operating rental properties.
The SHD Real Estate Team continue to be backed by a number of private equity investment groups with whom they have successfully operated, including major investors behind pervious residential projects completed in partnership with Elstone Limited, the private equity fund management group, managed by Henry Shohet.
